Key Responsibilities:

• Visiting new customers to promote Archiving services (Box & File) to all Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporate companies, NGO's and Government institutions.
• Visiting new customers to promote Scanning (On-Ste / Off-Site and scan on demand) to all Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporate companies, NGO's and Government institutions.
• Visiting new customers / banks and financial institutions to promote "The Vault" for all their Title deeds, Treasury bounds and valuable documents and items.
• Visiting new customers / Banks, IT companies, Hospitals, Media Institutions to promote "The Media Vault" for all their back-up tape and sensitive equipment.
• Visiting all Existing customers to inquire about our service standards and to inquire ways and means of entering into new ventures with them.
• Promoting PIQL to companies that requires their information to be restored and preserved for more than 100 years.
• Promoting Opex scanners to banks, financial institutions and companies that require mail - room management.
• Promoting all types of Temper Evident Bags & Seals to banks, financial institutions, leasing companies and other who would need same.
• Accompanying banks, financial institutions, leasing companies' corporate customers to the record center for inspections.
• Preparation and activation of all sales proposals to customers.
• Preparation and activations of all sales agreements to customers.
• Preparation of (some) invoices to corporate customers.
• Preparation of activations form and compiling to customer files before invoicing.
• Correspondence / update to all customers by email, Telephone, SMS and WhatsApp.
• To work hand in hand with the operations.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE/TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS

a. Studdled up to a degree or Professional Qualifications In Operations/ Management.

b. Experience in the related field more than 3-5 years. (Assistant Manager or Manager)

c. Communication skills both in English & Sinhala.

d. Be able to work with a team.

e. Leadership qualities.

OTHER RELATED JOB INFORMATION

a. Day to day Operations/ Projects related matters

b. The projects which are given by the management as and when needed related to Operations.

c. Responsible member of IS Team - Act as the Transport team member when an emergency arises.

Information Security Team (IS Team)

• Supporting the Information Security Officer in implementing approved information security objectives, strategies, and policies;
• Carrying out periodic reviews on TL-RM information security policy;
• Assisting the Information Security Officer to carry out periodic reviews on information
• security controls across the organization and communicate the company information
• security posture to the Information security steering committee;
• Providing information security awareness across the organization; and Communicating the importance of meeting information security objectives and conforming to the information security policy, its responsibilities under the law and the need for continual improvement.
