Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
• Manage servers, networks, and connectivity solutions to provide a seamless experience for the staff.
• Conduct regular security audits and stay informed about the latest industry trends and threats.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement IT solutions tailored to the companys needs.
• Spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field experience or similar professional certifications.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in IT roles within the industry.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
• General knowledge of ERP software and Microsoft related products.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
