Job Summary

Our Social Media Manager has a strong background in B2B marketing to lead our social media initiatives. This role involves developing and executing strategic social media campaigns, overseeing content creation and review, analyzing performance metrics, conducting social listening, and engaging with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management & Review

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our strategic objectives and communications approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and curate high-quality content tailored to logistics and supply chain professionals.
  • Review and approve all social media content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with our brand guidelines.

Performance Measurement & Management

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, growth, and content efficiency, among others.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) to assess communication effectiveness and support driving strategy adjustments.
  • Optimize select social media campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.

Social Listening & Community Engagement

  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities within our industry and our customers focus areas.
  • Engage with our audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, ensuring the involvement of our experts when required.
  • Foster relationships with industry influencers and stakeholders to amplify our brand presence.

Strategy Development

  • Design and execute targeted social media strategies to reach key decision-makers and stakeholders within our key focus industry segments and geographies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on B2B marketing, preferrably in the logistics or supply chain industry.

Skills

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to a professional audience.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
