Reports to: Finance Manager / Head of Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, CA, or an equivalent qualification and possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity in QuickBooks.
• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in tax preparation and filing (e.g., VAT, withholding tax).
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Part-qualified in ACCA / CIMA / CA or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks is a must.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working in a small to medium-sized business environment.
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and tools.
• Exposure to payroll processing and tax compliance.
