WE ARE HIRING:  Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

 . Working Hours :  Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm &  Saturday 8.30am to 1.00pm

· Working Mode : On - Site

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns

• Identify new business opportunities and client segments

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Prepare sales reports and present performance insights to management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing (Real Estate/Construction preferred)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to design and implement marketing strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Real Estate is a plus
