Requirements

• Degree in Marketing/Business management or a related field Professional qualification in CIM/SLIM with Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity (International exports Sales & marketing.)
• Competent in International business trading terms.
• Experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work pressure environment with given targets.
• Should have strong communication, negotiations skills and maintain strong relationships with international customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the Floorcovering sector commercial goals.
• Collaborate closely with sales team to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Drive growth and exceed sales targets by implementing & execution of strategic plans.
• Stay attuned to market dynamics and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Foster and nature relationships with key customers to sustain business partnerships.
  Explore untapped markets to uncovered potential sales avenues.
• Manage sales volumes, product assortment, and pricing strategies in response to market trend and competitive pressures.
• Conduct regular overseas client meetings to asses evolving requirements and satisfy them.
• Spearhead the New product development and execution of innovative sales initiatives and strategies.
• Maintain 100% accuracy and compliance of sales module of company ERP system.
• On time collection of all Debtors with zero bad debts.
