Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee maintenance operations. This role is responsible for ensuring maximum uptime of production equipment, utilities, and facilities through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement practices. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in manufacturing systems and proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of production lines, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
• Manage a team of mechanical and electrical technicians to ensure timely repairs and minimal downtime.
• Maintain and troubleshoot critical equipment such as CNC press machines, extrusion machines, assembly conveyors, welding stations, refrigeration test rigs, and painting lines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, energy usage, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to minimize equipment-related quality or downtime issues.
• Plan and manage annual maintenance budgets, spare parts procurement, and service contracts.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical equipment failures and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and plant upgrades.
• Train and develop the maintenance team in technical skills, safety practices, and equipment-specific procedures.
• Define and monitor KPIs, preparing regular reports on maintenance performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical panels, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and refrigeration systems.
• Familiarity with TPM, Lean Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance.
