Working Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Work Mode: On-site
Location: Colombo 7

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development

• Develop and implement winning sales strategies

• Expand the client base and market presence

• Lead negotiations and manage pricing strategies

• Stay ahead of market trends and competition

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team

• Set and monitor performance goals (KPIs)

• Drive collaboration and continuous learning

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and retain strong client relationships

• Resolve issues with a customer-centric approach

• Deliver tailored logistics solutions

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Report on sales forecasts and performance

• Use data to drive smarter decisions

• Collaborate with operations and finance teams

What Youll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field

• 6+ years in freight forwarding/logistics sales, with 2+ years in leadership

• Strong grasp of international freight, Incoterms, customs, and logistics

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Familiar with CRM systems and MS Office
