Working Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Location: Onsite

We are looking for a driven and technically proficient Business Development Lead with a background in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, or the Latex Industry to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about business growth and innovation in technical industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

  2. Client Acquisition:
    Attract new clients by presenting innovative and relevant solutions to expand the business portfolio.

  3. Strategic Collaboration:
    Work closely with senior management to develop and execute effective business development strategies that align with organizational goals.

  4. Sales Achievement:
    Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by negotiating and closing deals with prospective clients.

  5. Record Keeping & Reporting:
    Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and emerging opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Educational background in Chemistry / Polymer Chemistry / Latex Industry (MSc, BSc, BTech, HND, NDT, or equivalent).

  • Strong technical know-how and understanding of industry-specific processes and products.

  • Passionate about learning, growth, and continuous improvement.

  • Highly organized with strong planning and communication skills.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing preferred.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
