Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training and deploying large language models (LLMs) and proficiency with various machine learning and AI tools and technologies. You will work on optimizing the performance of AI solutions and integrating them into production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and deploy large language models (LLMs) using vector databases, embeddings, transformers, and NLP algorithms.

  • Optimize LLM performance through hyperparameter tuning, knowledge distillation, and fine-tuning.

  • Evaluate and improve the accuracy of semantic and hybrid search models.

  • Develop and test data pipelines for training and evaluating LLMs using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.

  • Design and test data extraction and preprocessing strategies, transforming data for use in vector databases.

  • Collaborate with software development teams to integrate LLMs into chatbot frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Botpress).

  • Monitor and maintain LLM performance in production environments using monitoring tools like Weights & Biases, CometML, and Arize Pheonix.

Required Tools & Technologies:

  • Programming Languages: Python (Expert)

  • Gen AI: Expert

  • Langchain: Expert

  • DeepEval: Experience evaluating Gen AI applications

  • Azure OpenAI: Expert (LLM and Embedding Models)

  • Azure AI Search Vector DB: Experience

  • Docker/Dockerfile: Proficient in containerizing applications

  • AWS Textract: Experience in extracting data

  • FASTAPI: Python web container for deploying RESTful services

  • Cloud Experience: Azure UI and AWS Console for service configuration and management

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering and LLM deployment.
