Senior Full Stack Developer

WE ARE HIRING: Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Frontend (React):

• Build responsive, dynamic UIs with React

• Implement state management (Redux, Context API)

• Optimize performance using memoization, lazy loading, and code-splitting

• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to bring designs to life

Backend (Java Spring Boot):

• Develop RESTful APIs and backend logic

• Work with JPA/Hibernate and integrate with external systems

• Ensure backend scalability, performance, and security

Python:

• Create and maintain Python-based services or data pipelines

• Optimize for performance in data-heavy environments

Testing & QA:

• Write unit/integration tests (Jest, JUnit, pytest)

• Maintain high code quality and test coverage

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members

CI/CD & DevOps:

• Collaborate on CI/CD setup (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

• Use Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and deployments

• Ensure logging and monitoring for system health

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams

• Document architecture, decisions, and best practices

• Contribute in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, etc.)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience

• Proficiency in React, Java Spring Boot, and Python

• Deep understanding of RESTful API design

• Experience with automated testing (Jest, JUnit, pytest)

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and Docker/Kubernetes

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation

• Understanding of security best practices in web apps

• Experience working in microservices architecture

• Knowledge of Agile development principles
