Job Title : Assistant Sales Manager - Export ( Food Manufacturing Industry )

 Key responsibilities :

• Set, monitor, and achieve sales and marketing budgets
• Develop sales channels and pursue opportunities to generate leads and orders
• Analyze market trends, and insights and translate the product requirements to respective stakeholders to capture market opportunities
• Develop and nurture a sales team while growing the business to bring in more focus to Export Sales
• Liaise with R&D and Branding teams to develop product concepts for key exhibitions and product launches
• Provide leadership for Sales Coordinators to achieve smooth execution of orders from the inquiry generation to delivery of the shipment
• Gather legal information and policies to ensure product conformance to each market territory
• Achieve the desired customer profitability and growth for each SKU and market territory
• Resolve customer complaints promptly by being proactive

Candidate profile :

• A go-getter with excellent command in English
• Degree in Marketing / CIM / SLIM or an MBA
• Excellent leadership skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform under pressure
• At least 10 years of experience in export marketing and handling related products
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in representing the company in foreign exhibitions and experience in working with foreign traders and brokers
• Ability to establish, maintain and nurture strong relationships with foreign potential customers
