WE ARE HIRING: Cyber Security Sales Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue targets and drive revenue growth for the Cyber Security division.

  • Identify, support, develop, and close new business opportunities aligned with sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Solutions Architects to qualify opportunities and deliver winning solutions.

  • Work with Cyber Security Practice to ensure appropriate pre-sales support and solution relevance.

  • Lead large and complex sales opportunities, including RFIs, presentations, and demos.

  • Train and mentor sales teams on cybersecurity offerings and market positioning.

  • Manage customer relationships at all levels, including CxO.

  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates.

  • Engage in portfolio planning, contract handling, service delivery coordination, and sales meetings.

  • Contribute to GTM strategy, market differentiation, and campaign execution.

  • Support cross-functional alignment and participation in business development strategies.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Minimum 10 years of ICT sales experience.

  • Proven success in complex cybersecurity sales and achieving sales targets.

  • Experience with consultative sales and positioning at C-suite level.

  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage pipelines and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Professional presentation and ability to perform under pressure.

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Self-driven and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent sales experience.

  • Technical industry certifications.

  • Knowledge in:

    • SOC & SIEM services

    • EDR, Email, Network, and Cloud Security

    • Vulnerability Management, Dark Web Monitoring, Security Awareness Training

    • ISO27001, NIST, Essential 8, SMB1001

    • GRC and Advisory services

    • Offensive security capabilities
