Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager – Commercial & Operations to lead trading operations, commercial strategy, and overall business performance within a dynamic energy and marine environment. This senior leadership role focuses on driving operational efficiency, maximizing profitability, and ensuring regulatory compliance across critical supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily commercial and operational activities
• Drive trading strategies, fuel operations, and business performance
  
• Manage budgets, optimize margins, and improve profitability
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Oversee inventory management, quality control, and supply chain coordination
  
• Handle claims management, dispute resolution, and contract negotiations
• Analyze market trends and support pricing and strategic decisions
  
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders
• Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve business goals

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, trading, or related sectors
• Experience in marine, energy, or logistics industries will be a strong advantage
