Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in Australian accounting standards to join our Finance & Accounting Unit. The ideal candidate will manage demanding workloads with accuracy, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and deliver excellence in client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end accounting functions in compliance with Australian standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks and reporting.
  • Manage taxation-related work, ensuring compliance with Australian requirements.
  • Work with accounting software such as Xero and MYOB.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accounting and reporting solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while handling multiple priorities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Australian Accounting (essential).
  • CPA qualification is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian financial standards.
  • Experience with XERO and MYOB accounting software.
  • Knowledge of Australian taxation is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage heavy workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
