Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to strengthen our presence in Sri Lanka. This role will focus on developing partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities, expanding outreach, and helping students access world-class education opportunities. The position is ideal for a motivated professional passionate about building relationships and driving growth in the international education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with schools, colleges, and universities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with education partners and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute student outreach programs, including events, seminars, and workshops.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive effective lead generation campaigns.
• Analyse market trends and provide insights to support business growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in business development, sales, or client relations (experience in the education sector is an advantage).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
• Excellent networking skills with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
