Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to oversee and drive the sales function at a strategic and operational level. The selected candidate will be responsible for setting direction, ensuring operational efficiency, leading and motivating teams, and driving business growth. Depending on qualifications and experience, the role will be offered at Manager, AGM, DGM, or GM level.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive operational efficiency across the sales process and implement best practices.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire teams to enhance performance and maintain high morale.
• Make informed decisions and solve problems effectively in dynamic business environments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee financial performance, including sales budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets.

• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Proven people management and team-building skills.
• Ability to provide leadership and guidance to employees at multiple levels.
• Track record of delivering results in line with strategic objectives.
• Solid exposure to both financial and operational aspects of business.

Qualifications

• MBA or related professional qualification, preferably in the field of Logistics or a relevant industry.
• Demonstrated experience in progressively senior sales leadership roles.
