Key Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in developing a the data quality program for AJG
• The Data Quality Program Lead also works closely with IT and
  data governance teams to develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Conducting data quality assessments, implementing data
  cleansing, validation, and enrichment processes, and
  leading root cause analysis of data quality issues
• This role involves fostering a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting the value of data, providing training and education on data literacy, and encouraging data-driven decision-making at all levels

Key Skills: Strong analytics, governance, tool implementation, stakeholder collaboration.

Key Tasks: Draft RFPs for new DQ tools, implement tools with IT, define metrics, foster governance in engineering teams.
