WE ARE HIRING: HR Manager

Location : Kerawalapitya

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent.
• Manage the full recruitment process including manpower planning, job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee the implementation of the performance appraisal system.
• Identify training needs and design the annual training calendar.
• Administer payroll inputs, increments, bonuses, and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory compensation requirements (EPF, ETF, gratuity, etc.).
• Maintain accurate manpower headcount records.
• Keep employee records and HR documents up-to-date and secure.
• Ensure timely HR communications and policy updates.
• Prepare and manage the annual HR budget, including recruitment, training, employee welfare, etc.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Manage employee recognition programs.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on employment laws and HR best practices.
• Handle employee grievances, misconduct investigations, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. A postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA, PGDHRM) is preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
