WE ARE HIRING: Business Development Executive

Location: Boralesgamuwa 

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM 6.00 PM.

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Business Development Executives to join our team. This role involves driving B2B sales in the HVAC and MEP industry, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales, technical product knowledge, and the ability to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within target sectors.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct client visits, site assessments, product presentations, and solution consultations.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations tailored to project requirements.
• Provide technical product guidance and support to customers.
• Conduct competitor research and product comparisons to position offerings competitively.
• Negotiate with clients and overseas manufacturers to secure favorable deals.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate material ordering as required.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, track opportunities, and prepare forecasts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HVAC & MEP, building materials, or construction industry.
• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelors degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (written & spoken).
• Valid riding license and motorcycle is mandatory.
• Ability to travel outstation as required.

• Male candidates only.
• Age: 24 years and above.
• Energetic, results-driven, and willing to take ownership of targets.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
