Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic GenAI Architect with a strong focus on Agentic AI to design, develop, and implement innovative AI solutions that create measurable business value.

The selected candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable generative AI solutions, leading AI model development and deployment, evaluating AI tools and technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation. This role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, machine learning, scalable architecture design, and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

GenAI Architecture & Solution Design

• Design and architect Generative AI solutions with strong agentic capabilities.
• Develop scalable AI architectures aligned with business requirements and technical goals.
• Define solution frameworks, technical approaches, and implementation roadmaps for AI initiatives.
• Ensure AI solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business value creation.

AI Model Development & Deployment

• Lead the development, testing, deployment, and optimization of AI models and frameworks.
• Work with engineering and data teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.
• Evaluate AI model performance and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
• Support end-to-end delivery of AI projects from concept to implementation.

Agentic AI & Technology Evaluation

• Apply Agentic AI frameworks and methodologies to design intelligent, autonomous, and goal-driven systems.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and technologies to improve system performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, computer vision, and related technologies.
• Identify practical use cases where AI can improve business processes, automation, decision-making, and user experience.

Collaboration & Business Alignment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and define project requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions.
• Provide technical input during planning, solution design, and implementation discussions.
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

AI Governance, Ethics & Team Leadership

• Ensure AI solutions follow best practices in AI ethics, responsible AI, privacy, and data governance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Support knowledge sharing and capability building across AI and software development teams.
• Promote innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in AI solution development.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in architecture and software development, including AI architecture.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies.
• Proven experience with Agentic AI frameworks and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and AI model development.
• Experience in designing scalable AI architectures.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar technologies.
• Proven track record of successful AI project implementations.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision will be preferred.
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide teams through AI solution delivery.
