Role Overview

We are seeking a technically strong and commercially driven Presales Consultant – Apple to support sales growth through expert product knowledge, client engagement, solution design, and technical sales support within the IT and technology services sector.

The selected candidate will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, deliver product demonstrations, propose Apple-based technology solutions, and support the conversion of business opportunities. This role requires strong knowledge of Apple products, services, and ecosystem, along with excellent communication, presentation, and solution-selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales & Product Expertise

• Possess expert-level technical knowledge of Apple products, services, and solutions.
• Support the sales team during customer engagements by providing technical guidance and solution insights.
• Clearly communicate the value and business benefits of Apple technology solutions to prospective clients.
• Stay updated on Apple product features, service offerings, and market trends.

Product Demonstrations & Client Presentations

• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations for customers.
• Explain technical features in a clear and business-focused manner.
• Tailor presentations to match client requirements, industry needs, and business objectives.
• Support customer discussions by addressing technical queries and solution-related concerns.

Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Identify how Apple solutions can effectively address client needs and operational challenges.
• Design and propose customized solutions using Apple technology.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with client objectives and maximize business value.

Sales Support & Proposal Development

• Equip the sales team with relevant technical information, tools, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals.
• Develop detailed proposals that communicate technical capabilities and business benefits.
• Support the sales process by helping convert leads into customers through solution-based selling.

Training & Internal Enablement

• Conduct training sessions for the sales team on Apple product features, solutions, and market strategies.
• Share technical updates and product knowledge to strengthen the sales team's capability.
• Support internal teams with documentation, solution briefs, and technical guidance.
• Promote best practices in presales, technical selling, and client engagement.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in a presales, technical sales, or solution consulting role.
• Experience within the technology or IT sector is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Apple products, services, and ecosystem.
• Proven track record in client engagement and solution selling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and business-friendly manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer requirements simultaneously.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with a professional and consultative approach.
