Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Costing IE Lead to drive efficiency, optimize production processes, and support costing functions within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on industrial engineering practices, resource planning, and improving operational performance to achieve production and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze design specifications to determine material and production requirements
• Estimate material consumption and minimize wastage
• Plan and optimize production line layouts for maximum efficiency
  Determine machinery and workforce requirements for production lines
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity
• Identify opportunities to reduce SMV and enhance efficiency
• Monitor production performance and recommend improvements
• Implement incentive systems based on efficiency metrics
• Support training and guidance for operators on best practices

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial engineering or costing-related roles.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of industrial engineering and production planning
Experience in time studies, workflow optimization, and process improvement
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SAP, or related systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
