Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Credit Control to oversee and optimize credit control and collections processes. This role focuses on ensuring timely collections, minimizing financial risks, improving cash flow, and managing the full customer credit lifecycle within a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures
• Assess customer creditworthiness and define credit limit
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
• Identify risks and take action to minimize bad debts
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of customer accounts and payments
  Monitor aging reports and drive timely collections
• Work closely with customers to resolve payment-related issues
• Support invoicing processes and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Prepare and present credit and collections reports to management
• Supervise and guide the credit control team
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Part qualification in CIMA or similar professional qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance operations or credit control, including team management experience.
