Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Senior Executive – Inbound to coordinate and execute inbound travel arrangements while ensuring operational efficiency and high service standards.

The role involves managing itineraries, supplier coordination, group logistics, and client communication while maintaining margin targets and delivering a seamless travel experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare detailed itineraries and accurate costings for inbound travel packages.

• Coordinate bookings with hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers.

• Manage group logistics and related documentation.

• Monitor service delivery to ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Ensure margin targets are achieved per booking.

• Support client communications, confirmations, and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience
