WE ARE HIRING: Assistant Manager – Visa

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Travel & Tourism / Visa Processing Services

Working Days:
Monday to Friday – 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Saturday – 9.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m..

Key Accountabilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee end-to-end visa processing operations.

  • Ensure compliance with embassy and consulate regulations.

  • Monitor documentation accuracy and submission quality.

  • Manage urgent, escalated, and complex visa cases.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, coach, and guide Visa Executives.

  • Allocate workload effectively and monitor productivity levels.

  • Conduct performance reviews and support team development planning.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with embassies, VFS centres, and corporate clients.

  • Handle escalations and ensure professional service recovery.

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and internal control procedures.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of global visa regulations and requirements.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Reporting & Financial Oversight

  • Monitor revenue targets (where applicable).

  • Review operational reports and productivity metrics.

  • Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and audit compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in visa operations.

  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
