Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Key Account Executives to manage relationships with exporters and ensure seamless service delivery. This role involves building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely debt collection while maintaining a professional and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and exporters.
• Understand client business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely debt collection.
• Negotiate effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Prior experience working with exporters and understanding their business needs is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with a strong client-service orientation.
• Fully or partially qualified in SLIM/CIM (preferred but not mandatory).
