Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join a growing creative team. This role is ideal for a passionate designer who can lead visual execution, think creatively across digital channels, and deliver high-quality designs that drive impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative assets across digital platforms (paid ads, social media, websites, email, and branding)
• Translate briefs and marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts
• Collaborate closely with marketing, paid media, and content teams
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
• Review and refine designs, ensuring high quality and attention to detail
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance when needed

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital or agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, marketing, and brand design work
• Proven experience leading or managing a design team or mentoring junior designers

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion or video skills are a plus
• Strong understanding of digital-first design and performance creatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
