Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Executive / Executive – Export Documentation to manage end-to-end export operations, documentation, and logistics coordination. This role focuses on ensuring smooth export processes, regulatory compliance, and strong coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle freight negotiations, bookings, and shipment coordination
• Manage pre and post-shipping documentation processes
  
• Liaise with relevant authorities for import/export approvals and documentation
• Coordinate customs clearance and regulatory compliance
  
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners
• Oversee end-to-end logistics coordination and shipment tracking
  
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of export documentation
• Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth execution of shipments
  

Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in export documentation or logistics operations

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of export/import procedures and documentation
• Good understanding of customs regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good IT proficiency and documentation skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
