Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to support and evolve cloud infrastructure while ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. The role involves managing large cloud-based systems, supporting corporate environments, implementing cybersecurity best practices, and mentoring technical teams within a fast-growing technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and evolve company cloud infrastructure and strategy.
• Monitor, patch, and support client cloud infrastructure and software while resolving escalated technical issues.
• Ensure data integrity, perform system backups, and improve operations using scripting, AI, or other resources.
• Troubleshoot operating systems and third-party application issues.
• Manage system administration tasks and support development team requirements.
• Implement solutions for cyber and information security requirements.
• Conduct security reviews of new cloud services and SaaS offerings.
• Develop vulnerability management metrics and report findings to senior management.
• Create standard operating procedures and documentation.
• Provide technical expertise for advanced systems integration.
• Conduct incident management and research emerging technologies.
• Follow industry best practices for automation, deployment, and security.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

• Proven industry experience as a Senior Systems Administrator supporting large cloud-based systems.
• Experience in support desk management and direct engagement with end users.
• Experience supporting issues related to corporate systems and equipment.
• Must have solid experience in Cloud Security and Compliance.
• Must have experience with Microsoft 365 administration and deployments.
• Willingness to build and mentor the team.

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Administration.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS).
• Knowledge in Networking and Firewalls.
• Experience in O365 compliance portals and security configurations.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with strong technical knowledge.

Certifications (Nice-to-Have)

• MS-500 – Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate.
• AZ-900 – Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
• MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.
• MS-700 – Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
• PL-900 – Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate / Microsoft Certified Professional.
