Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Senior Executive / Team Leader – Digital Marketing to lead digital campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, and drive qualified leads for tourism products and services. This role focuses on social media growth, lead generation, website performance, and revenue-focused marketing execution within a fast-paced tourism environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote services
• Overlook all social media aspects including content creation, engagement, lead generation, and performance analysis
  
• Successfully launch planned digital marketing campaigns, website updates, and sales initiatives on schedule
• Increase qualified marketing leads and improve lead-to-customer conversion rates
  
• Enhance overall website performance and user experience (UX)
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies
  
• Oversee offline communication channels and promotional campaigns on social media
• Conduct research on market and customer trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights
  
• Achieve and exceed annual sales and reservations revenue targets
• Provide strategic leadership and influence senior stakeholders to align projects with business objectives
  
• Lead and mentor junior team members where applicable

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  CIM / SLIM full or part qualified, or equivalent qualifications
  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing in a similar capacity
  Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as negotiation skills

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in digital marketing strategy and execution
• Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics
  
• Strong content planning and campaign management capability
• Lead generation and conversion optimization mindset
  
• Good knowledge of website UX and performance improvement
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
  
• Leadership and team coordination ability
• Strong commercial mindset with revenue focus
