Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Senior Relationship Executive to manage client relationships, drive sales, and deliver tailored financial solutions. This role involves converting leads, expanding the client base, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through excellent service and consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Convert leads received from bank partners and build strong client relationships. Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies. Educate clients on products and provide after-sales support. Maintain client relationships to ensure policy retention and renewals.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 months of experience in sales, preferably in Insurance, Banking, Leasing, Microfinance, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, or FMCG sectors.
• Prior experience in client handling or sales roles will be an added advantage.
