Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Operations (Sea Freight) to manage export shipment operations and ensure smooth coordination across logistics processes. This role focuses on handling documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and efficient freight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CFS and co-loaders to arrange cargo loading and shipment confirmations
• Resolve loading plan issues by coordinating with relevant parties
  
• Liaise with CHA teams to ensure smooth operational processes
• Ensure timely submission of manifest details to carriers
  
• Coordinate with internal teams, overseas agents, shipping lines, and service providers
• Manage outbound shipments and ensure timely execution
  
• Monitor shipment status and handle operational challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of sea freight operations and export processes
• Good understanding of shipping documentation and customs procedures
  
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in operations
  
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders effectively
