Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Senior Manager – Sales to play a key role overseeing the full spectrum of sales and marketing activities globally — from strategic planning and brand positioning to day-to-day execution and client engagement.

The role is responsible for driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, expanding into new markets, and strengthening brand presence across regions. 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global sales strategies aligned with the Company's revenue and growth objectives.
  • Define and achieve annual and quarterly sales targets in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments for business expansion.
  • Establish and refine sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting models to ensure predictable revenue growth.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies, service positioning, and commercial proposals.
  • Build long-term, high-value client relationships to support repeat business and account growth.

Day-to-Day Sales Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Lead client discussions, discovery calls, negotiations, and contract closures end-to-end.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and handover to delivery teams.
  • Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools with clear visibility on deal stages and forecasts.
  • Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to create accurate proposals, estimates, and solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and commercial documentation.
  • Track sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue metrics and report regularly to management.
  • Represent the Company in client meetings, industry events, and business forums as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT services, software engineering, or technology outsourcing.
  • Strong track record of new business development and deal closure in international markets.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, outsourcing models, and technology services.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working with aggressive sales goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and perform under pressure.
