Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and technically skilled DevOps Engineers to support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, deployment management, production system reliability, and DevOps transformation initiatives.

The selected candidates will work in an Agile, cross-functional environment to support AWS cloud-based production systems, improve deployment automation, maintain system availability, and contribute to secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and recommend DevOps tools across multiple technologies.
• Support DevOps enablement for multiple software development teams.
• Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage AWS cloud-based production systems.
• Ensure production systems are available, scalable, secure, and high performing.
• Support build, release, and configuration management activities.
• Maintain production environments that require high availability and 24/7 uptime support.
• Assist in developing and improving CI/CD pipelines.
• Support Infrastructure as Code implementation and automation practices.
• Work with tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
• Support containerization and orchestration activities using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Assist with AWS ECS, AWS Fargate, or similar container-based deployment environments when required.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, deployments, and production system performance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and environment-related issues.
• Support security best practices for cloud environments and production systems.
• Work with cloud security solutions to help protect critical systems and data.
• Support Linux-based environments, scripting tasks, and command-line operations.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, architects, and operations teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and release planning.
• Prepare clear technical documentation, deployment notes, and operational guides.
• Continuously learn and apply modern DevOps tools, cloud practices, and automation methods.
• Perform any other DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or production-support duties assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Exposure to AWS or GCP through coursework, certifications, personal projects, internships, or work experience will be preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
• Basic knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes will be an advantage.
• Exposure to AWS ECS or AWS Fargate will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles, Infrastructure as Code, and software development lifecycle concepts.
• Exposure to Linux operating systems, scripting, and command-line tools.
• Good understanding of build, deployment, release, and configuration-management concepts.
• Strong interest in cloud infrastructure, automation, DevOps engineering, and production reliability.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile and cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and specifications.
• Ability to produce clear and complete technical documentation.
• Ability to discuss and explain technical issues during meetings.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment and support business-critical systems.
