Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to support product requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder coordination, solution analysis, testing support, and delivery alignment within a technology-driven product environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with product teams, engineering teams, QA teams, delivery leadership, and onsite stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable, and implementation-ready requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with onsite product teams to define, refine, and document product requirements.
• Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into clear business, functional, and technical specifications.
• Prepare user stories, use cases, process flows, acceptance criteria, and software requirement specifications.
• Ensure product requirements are aligned with business goals, customer needs, and delivery priorities.
• Partner with product and delivery leadership to support research and development activities based on the product roadmap.
• Conduct benchmarking against competitor solutions and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate requirement reviews, clarifications, and approvals with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure clear communication of business, functional, and user expectations across engineering, QA, product, and leadership teams.
• Bridge the gap between high-level product vision and delivery-level execution details.
• Ensure requirements are implementation-ready and clearly understood by development and QA teams.
• Drive the resolution of open issues and support requirement-related clarifications during delivery.
• Support defect triaging and ensure alignment between product expectations and delivered solutions.
• Own the planning and execution of business analysis deliverables.
• Ensure business analysis deliverables are completed on time with a strong focus on quality and business value.
• Manage functional test scenarios and support test execution when required.
• Support product demonstrations, user training sessions, and stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Work with software delivery models such as Agile, RUP, and waterfall.
• Support product monitoring and deployment-related workflows in cloud-hosted environments when required.
• Use SQL for data validation, analysis, and requirement verification where applicable.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on web and mobile application requirements.
• Support AI-assisted development initiatives and prompt-engineering related activities when required.
• Maintain documentation, traceability, approvals, requirement changes, and delivery records accurately.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in business analysis, technical business analysis, product analysis, or a similar role.
• Prior experience in software engineering or technical quality engineering will be an advantage.
• Experience working with software delivery models such as Agile, RUP, and waterfall.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ACP will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work with onsite teams and function as a single point of contact for requirements.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Proven experience writing user stories, use cases, and detailed software requirement specifications.
• Strong logical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to acquire domain knowledge, business-process knowledge, system knowledge, and technical knowledge quickly.
• Passion for innovative product design and ability to identify business trends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to ensure schedules are met while maintaining high quality standards.
• Familiarity with AWS-hosted environments such as ECS, EC2, and CloudWatch will be an advantage.
• Experience with Datadog for observability and incident investigation across mobile and web platforms will be preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL using tools such as DBeaver or SQL Developer will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot will be a plus.
• Exposure to web application development or Android application development will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Java or Kotlin will be a plus for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
