Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to lead the creative direction and execution of premium retail showroom designs. This role involves managing end-to-end design processes, from concept development to implementation, ensuring alignment with brand identity and customer experience excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in retail design and expertise in modern design tools and trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full design process for new retail showrooms, from concept to completion.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visuals.
• Manage showroom renovations and optimize spatial layouts for existing outlets.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams for cohesive brand presentation.
• Source and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for materials and finishes.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and maintain design integrity during execution.
• Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to design standards.
• Stay updated on global design trends, retail technologies, and sustainable practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in interior design with a strong retail portfolio (luxury or lifestyle brands preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of space planning, lighting design, materials, and customer journey mapping.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proven experience in vendor coordination, project costing, and managing multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and high standards of professionalism.
