Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects that drive business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies while ensuring stakeholder engagement and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
  • Apply project management frameworks and tools for successful delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support change management and adoption initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of project governance and delivery frameworks.
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exposure to financial services or regulated environments preferred.
  • Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) is an added advantage.
