Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Coordinator to support finance operations within the Digital Partnership and IT Business Operations division. This role involves executing operational tasks, managing reconciliations, assisting with budget planning, and ensuring timely reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the finance operations lead in planning and execution tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to generate insights and assist in strategizing the planning process.
• Perform daily and monthly digital collection reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Follow up with internal teams to obtain data and report back for monthly performance reporting.
• Assist business teams with tasks such as budget planning and performance tracking.
• Execute special projects assigned to the finance operations team.
• Update daily performance KPI trackers with the latest data.
• Analyze performance and budget data to develop cost-efficiency strategies.
• Maintain relationships with product owners and cross-functional divisions to identify improvement areas and communicate solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Finance, Administration, or related field.
• Professional qualifications (CIMA, CA, ACCA) would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
