Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to coordinate and deliver projects across multiple business units within the banking and finance domain. The role focuses on managing end-to-end project delivery, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and documentation in collaboration with relevant teams

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of project tasks

  • Track project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate risks or blockers as required

  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and monitor overall project health

  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure adherence to project governance standards

  • Support project closure activities, including documentation and lessons learned

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in IT, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field

Experience & Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience managing IT or business projects

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

  • Proficiency in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation

  • Exposure to Agile project environments will be an added advantage

  • Strong written and spoken English

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster, or Agile certifications (optional but advantageous)

  • Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Trello, and Confluence

  • Ability to create workflow diagrams and basic UI/UX flows using tools such as Figma, Visio, or AI-based diagramming tools
