Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role involves leading brand-building initiatives, strategizing impactful campaigns, and driving brand awareness for some of the most recognized global food brands in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm, strategize, and deliver marketing campaigns by defining brand guidelines, objectives, and value propositions.
• Plan and execute communications on the most effective channels for each campaign.
• Analyze and interpret market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Increase brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinate TV, radio productions, and photoshoots.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Brainstorm and finalize monthly content for social media in collaboration with agency partners, while overseeing photoshoots.
• Create networks for new product launches to streamline workflows across departments.
• Act as the Brand Custodian, ensuring consistency in brand identity.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Marketing (Masters/Digital Marketing qualification is an advantage).
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Proven experience with social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala, with excellent writing/editing ability.
• High attention to detail, multitasking capability, and strong time management skills.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal strengths.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
