Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital strategies to build strong and lasting online engagement.
• Manage and monitor the company's social media presence across key platforms.
• Launch and optimize digital ad campaigns to boost brand visibility and reach.
• Support the creation and distribution of newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional content.
• Generate creative ideas for content marketing and ensure the website is regularly updated.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user experience across digital touchpoints.
• Use analytics tools to track, report, and optimize the performance of campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance to identify opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with media agencies and vendors for campaign execution.
• Ensure all digital platforms and channels are consistently updated, live, and aligned with brand standards.
• Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and explore emerging platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to plan and run end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Experience working with marketing technologies and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, working across teams.
• Creative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset with a passion for digital trends.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of HTML and CSS (e.g., customizing email templates, on-page SEO).
• WordPress site administration experience is essential.
• Basic knowledge of PHP and JavaScript is an added advantage.
