WE ARE HIRING : Lead Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to spearhead the development, an AI-powered business case generation platform. This is a greenfield opportunity to architect and build a cutting-edge solution from the ground up, leveraging AWS cloud services, artificial intelligence, and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-stack development from design to production.
  • Architect and deliver scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation).
  • Define and uphold coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD processes.
  • Make critical decisions on technology stack and system architecture.
  • Implement data governance and security best practices across the platform.
  • Develop front-end user interfaces for case management, document generation, and administration with Entra ID authentication.
  • Design and integrate AWS services: Bedrock, RDS, API Gateway, Amplify, DynamoDB.
  • Deliver AI-powered workflows using AWS Bedrock Knowledgebase.
  • Build secure, scalable APIs and microservices.
  • Integrate with Microsoft tools including SharePoint and document services.
  • Develop and manage robust data pipelines.
  • Lead testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end).
  • Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting via AWS CloudWatch and related tools.
  • Optimize for speed, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proven success delivering complex, multi-component platforms.
  • Expertise in Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong hands-on AWS experience (Bedrock, RDS, API Gateway, Amplify, DynamoDB, VPC).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and Python, with SQL experience.
  • Familiarity with modern AI/LLM technologies, prompt engineering, and AI integrations.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and multi-tenant architecture design.
  • Skilled in RESTful API design and responsive web development.
  • Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Azure AD/Entra ID).
  • Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking skills.
  • Background in document management and automated generation systems is an advantage.
