Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead and inspire our creative team while shaping the future of our brand. The ideal candidate will bring innovative thinking, strong leadership, and a passion for creating unforgettable, emotion-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead creative concepts for events, including themes, set designs, branding, décor, and overall visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with event producers, clients, and vendors to align creative vision with client goals and event objectives.
• Guide and manage a team of designers, stylists, and creative freelancers from ideation through execution.
• Stay updated on trends in design, fashion, technology, and entertainment to ensure innovation and freshness in projects.
• Pitch creative concepts to clients with strong storytelling and visual presentation skills.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources for all creative components of events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years creative leadership experience in event design, experiential marketing, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-level event or experiential design work.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Expertise in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, CAD, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of spatial design, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Passion for creating impactful, memorable experiences.
