Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join a dynamic and growing accounting team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with UK clients, while building a rewarding career in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices, receipts, and payments.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts.

• Prepare and submit VAT returns.

• Maintain well-organised and compliant financial records.

• Support the preparation of year-end accounts.

• Contribute to the implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Utilise automation tools, including AI, to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years bookkeeping experience.

• Strong proficiency in business English (written and spoken).

• Experience using Xero or QuickBooks (essential).

• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
