Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and relationship driven Manager, International Partnership to manage international academic partnerships, transnational education collaborations, articulation pathways, and global engagement initiatives within the education sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with overseas universities, awarding bodies, recruitment partners, and industry stakeholders. This role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, project execution, and communication skills to support international student progression, mobility opportunities, and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

International Partnerships and Collaboration

• Develop and maintain partnerships with international universities, awarding bodies, and recruitment partners.
• Coordinate articulation agreements, transfer pathways, and collaborative academic programmes.
  
• Support internationalisation initiatives through partnership coordination and quality assurance.
• Liaise with partner institutions on programme approvals, curriculum mapping, and compliance requirements.

Student Progression and Global Engagement

• Support international student progression, transfer, and mobility opportunities.
• Coordinate international projects, institutional visits, webinars, and partnership events.
  
• Work closely with academic and marketing teams to promote 
• international opportunities and partnerships.
• Represent the institution in meetings and discussions with local and international stakeholders.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare partnership documentation, reports, proposals, and institutional communications.
• Maintain accurate records related to international partnerships and agreements.
  
• Support compliance and quality assurance requirements related to international academic collaborations.
• Provide regular updates to management on partnership progress, opportunities, and pending actions.
  

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with academic departments, marketing teams, international partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with universities, awarding bodies, recruitment partners, and industry contacts.
  
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Manage multiple partnership and coordination activities while meeting required timelines.
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Management, International Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in higher education, international partnerships, or TNE administration will be preferred.
• Familiarity with international higher education systems and quality assurance processes will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and deadlines effectively.
• Strong report writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
• Professional, proactive, and able to work with local and international stakeholders.
