Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and drive the overall sales function, ensuring revenue growth, market expansion, and strong business performance. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and enhancing customer relationships in a competitive electronics market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets 
  • Drive business growth by expanding market presence and increasing market share 
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve high performance and exceed targets 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to optimize performance 
  • Monitor and manage sales KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) for business alignment 
  • Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management 
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles 
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams 
  • Experience in electronics, consumer goods, or related industry is preferred
