Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to manage and optimize sales data infrastructure. This role focuses on data quality, lead generation support, pipeline intelligence, and enabling sales teams with accurate, actionable insights in a fast-paced software environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain CRM data ensuring high-quality, clean, and enriched records
• Identify and resolve data gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies
  
• Build targeted prospect lists based on ICP (industry, size, geography, persona)
• Source and validate contact data for key decision-makers
  
• Support SDRs and Account Executives with data-driven prospecting insights
• Assist in account research, stakeholder mapping, and pre-call intelligence
  
• Manage outreach data across sequencing and sales tools
• Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, and compliance standards
  
• Collaborate with marketing to align inbound and outbound data strategies
• Track pipeline metrics and produce weekly sales data reports
  
• Analyze conversion trends and recommend improvements to targeting strategies
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Data Analytics roles
• Experience in SaaS or B2B sales environments will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (data cleaning, pivot tables, analysis)
  
• Hands-on experience with data sourcing tools (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline generation
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
  
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Familiarity with email deliverability and outbound compliance standards
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
