Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Associate to support HR operations, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The selected candidate will assist in handling HR administrative functions, employee records, recruitment support, attendance coordination, employee engagement activities, and general HR operations. This role is suitable for an early-career HR professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to grow within a structured HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files accurately.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
- Support HR compliance requirements and internal HR procedures.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Ensure new employee documentation is completed and maintained properly.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to support a smooth joining process.
Attendance, Leave & Employee Coordination
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management processes.
- Assist in maintaining accurate HR system updates and employee information.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
- Support follow-ups related to attendance, documentation, and HR processes.
Employee Engagement & HR Support
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Support communication between employees and HR management.
- Help maintain a positive and professional workplace environment.
- Provide coordination support for training, meetings, and HR programmes when required.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Human Resources Management or a recognized HR qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing, textile, or apparel environment will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced working environment.
