Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven E-commerce Project Manager to manage project governance, workflow standardization, ticketing operations, compliance tracking, team capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination within the apparel industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining structured project management practices, improving operational visibility, ensuring workflow compliance, managing support ticket processes, and coordinating with business stakeholders, developers, and support teams. This role requires strong project management capability, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance & Workflow Management

  • Maintain standardized project management practices across the e-commerce team.
  • Manage task structures, backlog hygiene, ownership accountability, and workflow compliance.
  • Ensure project visibility through standardized reporting dashboards and governance processes.
  • Build structure and consistency across project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Support operational efficiency through clear processes and cross-team coordination.

Ticketing, SLA & Support Coordination

  • Manage ticket triage operations, SLA compliance, and queue monitoring.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support issues with clear ownership.
  • Maintain alignment between project management and ticketing systems.
  • Enforce ticket handling standards and escalation processes.
  • Coordinate with support and development teams on escalated or high-priority incidents.

Compliance & Release Coordination

  • Manage and maintain ADA compliance initiatives.
  • Track task ownership, audit progress, documentation, and release signoffs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to monitor accessibility requirements.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are reviewed and implemented across all releases.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on compliance-related activities.

Capacity Planning & Resource Management

  • Manage team capacity planning and workload distribution.
  • Ensure workload allocation is aligned with business priorities and delivery goals.
  • Identify resourcing risks and coordinate staffing or training needs with leadership.
  • Support cross-training initiatives to reduce operational dependencies and single points of failure.
  • Monitor team workload and recommend improvements to strengthen delivery performance.

Stakeholder Communication & Process Training

  • Maintain governance playbooks for project management and ticketing processes.
  • Deliver team training on workflows, compliance standards, and operational processes.
  • Serve as the main coordination point between business stakeholders, developers, and support teams.
  • Provide regular status updates, manage escalations, and drive cross-functional communication.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in project management with a focus on operational governance, workflow standardization, and process enforcement.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, release cycles, and cross-functional delivery processes.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Deskpro will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with workflow or compliance tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret backlog, ticketing, and resource allocation data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and process adherence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly document processes and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to maintain structure, accountability, and compliance across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships while enforcing process discipline.
  • Genuine passion for working with garments and apparel-related business processes.
  • Ability to work remotely on USA hours with flexibility in working hours.
